PBFPE adds Leah Suzor, EIT, as a Fire Protection Associate.

Louisville, KY (January 10, 2023) – Performance Based Fire Protection Engineering, PLLC is thrilled to announce that Leah Suzor, EIT, has joined the team as a Fire Protection Associate. Leah will be located in northwest Arkansas and will report to our office in Louisville, KY.

Leah is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where she holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. In her early career, her mechanical engineering focus led to her involvement in fire protection projects, and she quickly realized her true passion lies in fire protection engineering. By concentrating on fire protection-specific projects, including a strong focus on aviation and the military, Leah quickly gained experience and a reputation with system design and code consulting for these types of occupancies.

Leah’s eagerness to continue her growth and technical abilities in the fire protection engineering field led her to PBFPE. She will assist in our system design effort (sprinkler, fire alarm, special hazards, smoke control), code consulting, hazard analyses, and performance-based design.

David Stacy, Principal and Founder of PBFPE, said, “We have been carefully growing our firm, and each new hire is an integral part of our team. We knew very quickly that Leah would be an asset in continually growing our reputation for providing technical excellence in the field of fire protection engineering. We look forward to having her on the team.”
